Chocolate Chia Pudding
Put chia seeds, almond milk, cocoa, sweetener in a 1 qt glass jar with a lid. Tighten the lid and shake well to thoroughly combine. Or, stir together in a bowl.
Chocolate Almond Cookies
Pre-heat oven to 350ºF. Place the almond meal, butter/oil, baking soda, vanilla, eggs and dates into a food processor and mix until well combined.
Chocolate Almond Butter Bars
In a bowl, mix well almond butter, ghee/coconut oil, ground almonds and coconut sugar. Spread evenly into a 9” square pan.
Berry Chia Seed Pudding
In a blender, blend the strawberries, almond milk, buckwheat groats, and cinnamon together. Pour over the chia seeds and stir. Let sit for about 2 minutes and stir again.
Baked Apples
Preheat oven to 375°F. Wash apples. Remove cores to 1/2 inch of the bottom of the apples. It helps if you have an apple corer, but if not, you can use a paring knife to cut out first the stem area, and then the core.
Avocado Fudge
To prepare the crust, begin by grinding the almonds in a food processor. Add the coconut, dates, and water, then grind into a dough.
Apple Cumin Chips
Preheat oven to 200ºF. Combine cumin, salt and pepper. Place ½ of cumin mixture on parchment paper on a jelly roll pan.
Almond Banana Blueberry Muffins
Preheat oven to 325ºF. Line or grease w/coconut oil a 12-cup muffin tin. In a mixer, mash the banana until smooth. Add eggs, coconut milk and coconut oil. Mix well.
Chocolate Date Treats
Place all ingredients in your food processor and blend. Add 1 tbsp of warm water at a time until desired consistency (it may take 1-3 tbsp – watch it and use your own discretion).
