2/3 cup chia seeds
2 cups unsweetened almond milk or coconut milk
2 T unsweetened cocoa powder
raw honey or stevia to taste
Topping: 2 T unsweetened coconut flakes
2 T slivered almonds
Put chia seeds, almond milk, cocoa, sweetener in a 1 qt glass jar with a lid. Tighten the lid and shake well to thoroughly combine. Or, stir together in a bowl.
When ready to serve, sir well.
Spoon into bowls and sprinkle with coconut and almonds.
