1/2 cup almond butter
1/2 cup ghee or coconut oil
1 1/4 cup ground almonds
2/3 cup organic coconut sugar
1 1/2 cup organic dark chocolate chips
2 T almond butter
In a bowl, mix well almond butter, ghee/coconut oil, ground almonds and coconut sugar. Spread evenly into a 9” square pan.
For the topping, in a saucepan over low heat, melt chocolate chips and almond butter. Pour over the almond butter base. Refrigerate for 1 + hours until set.
