Avocado Chocolate Mousse

Avocado Chocolate Mousse


2 ripe avocados
3 T raw honey or ½ tsp stevia
1/2 cup organic cocoa powder
1/2 tablespoon vanilla extract


Step 1

Scoop the flesh of the avocados into a mixing bowl and mix well with a hand blender until smooth.

Step 2

Add in the remaining ingredients and mix for a further minute.

Step 3

Spoon into desert glasses and allow to cool in the fridge for at least an hour.
