1/3 cup dried chia seeds (do not pre-soak)
1/4 cup buckwheat groats (optional)
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
1/2 cup strawberries, blueberries, and/or raspberries
stevia to taste (you need very little!)
In a blender, blend the strawberries, almond milk, buckwheat groats, and cinnamon together.
Pour over the chia seeds and stir. Let sit for about 2 minutes and stir again.
Cover the pudding and let it sit for another 20 to 30 minutes.
Once the pudding is thick, stir once more and serve immediately.
