Salmon-Avocado Omelet
Beat eggs in a small bowl. Heat oil in a frying pan. Add onion and sauté for 5 minutes. Add eggs, turn heat to low and cook for 3-5 minutes until eggs are mostly cooked.
Breakfast Hash
Heat a cast iron or stainless skillet over medium heat. Add the ground meat and cook thoroughly. Meanwhile, heat a second skillet over medium heat with coconut oil.
Almond Flour Pancakes
Combine all ingredients in a bowl. The batter may appear a little thicker than normal. Spoon in a 1/4 cup batter onto a lightly-oiled pan over medium heat.
Breakfast Sausage
Combine spices in small bowl. add to ground meat and mix until just combined.
Caveman Granola
Preheat oven to 325 Degrees. In a large mixing bowl, combine all the dry ingredients and mix well.
