6 cups shredded cabbage
2 T Extra Virgin Olive oil
½ Apple cider vinegar (raw, organic, unfiltered)
½ tsp Garlic powder
1 cup loosely packed fresh basil, chopped
½ cup loosely packed fresh parsley, chopped
1 T Sesame seeds
1/3 cup raw unsalted sunflower seeds and pumpkin seeds mixed, toasted
salt and pepper to taste
Place the shredded cabbage into a large bowl.
Add the olive oil and apple cider vinegar, mix well.
Add garlic powder, basil, salt and pepper; mix.
Add sesame seeds and mixed sunflower/pumpkin seeds.
Let sit for at least 20 minutes before serving.
