1 C. cooked brown rice
½ C. unsweetened milk substitute
¼ tsp each ground nutmeg, cinnamon
8 Brazil nuts, chopped
2 T. ground flaxseeds
Over medium heat, in a medium sauce pan add the rice, milk, nutmeg and cinnamon.
Stir until hot and slightly creamy.
Remove from heat, add nuts, flaxseeds and berries if desired.
