2 halibut steaks
3 C. loosely packed fresh basil leaves
1/3 C. extra-virgin olive oil
1 garlic clove
2 T. pinenuts
¼ tsp. salt
Combine all ingredients except halibut in a mini food processor and process until smooth.
Season the halibut with pepper and a pinch of salt. Spread basil pesto on fish and bake at 350ºF for 20 minutes (depends on thickness of fish).
