Ingredients
2 cloves of garlic
1 pinch ground black pepper
1/4 tsp sea salt
1 cup raw Brazil nuts
2 cups broccoli, chopped
Cucumber slices for spread
1/2 tsp. almond extract
Directions
Step 1
In a Vitamix or food processor, process the garlic, pepper, and salt into tiny pieces.
Step 2
Add Brazil nuts and process into a powder.
Step 3
Empty this powder into a bowl and set aside.
Step 4
Then, process broccoli while slowly adding the Brazil nut powder back in.
Step 5
Top with paprika, use as a dip, spread or to crumble on salads.
