Ingredients
1 pound ground chicken or turkey
1 teaspoon rubbed sage
1/2 teaspoon smoked sweet paprika; alternatively, use regular paprika
1/2 teaspoon smoked hot paprika, optional
1 teaspoon sea salt
3/4 teaspoon fresh ground pepper
Directions
Step 1
Combine spices in small bowl.
Step 2
add to ground meat and mix until just combined.
Step 3
Form into 8 patties.
Step 4
Cook patties in a skillet over medium-low heat until cooked through.
