I've been on a wellness journey for a few years, but I still needed more support. Marcy came to my house and patiently helped me go thru my pantry, refrigerator and freezer. Together WE decided what to keep, and what to throw out. She educated me as to why a particular food/sauce etc was keeping me on my path towards wellness and what was derailing my efforts. Armed with information I chose to throw many foods out, but not all. We then organized my pantry by foods to eat as extreme treats (unhealthy stuff I'm not quite ready to give up), food to eat rarely, and foods that can be enjoyed daily. She also gave me suggestions of healthier products to replace those that I love but have chemicals and other toxic ingredients.If you're basically in the know, but are looking for the next step I highly recommend Marcy

When I came to Marcy at Enhance Nutrition, I felt like I had tried everything to get my health back on track despite my busy schedule. Within 1 - 2 Sessions, Marcy found really simple changes that helped me drop 11 pounds, feel way less hungry and have more energy. On top of that, she found a medical condition that hadn't been checked on in 10 years in my files. I had a quick blood test and found everything was on track. I have worked with Marcy to work with my GI issues. And she's extremely knowledgable and listen to my issues. We ran a few tests to narrow down the issues that I have. After the diagnosis Marcy recommended a few changes in the diet, and after following her diet advice all my markers have improved within 6 weeks. I'm also planning to consume the supplements that she recommended for my guts issue.

The appointments I had with Marcy have been unlike any other and I could not recommend her more! Marcy is very knowledgeable and takes the time to understand you and your individual needs. She went through my history (physical, mental, emotional) and found out what my health goals were moving forward. She will not give you a "quick fix," but will help you make lifestyle changes and educate you on how the food you eat affects your body, emotions, and overall being.
